Super Scientists Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 27, 2024
- Minimum Class Size Requirement
- Each session requires a minimum of 15 students to be financially viable. If we receive fewer than 15 sign-ups, the session will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to all registered students.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Full Refund (Minus Admin Fee): Cancellations made at least one week before the session start date are eligible for a refund. Please note that a week's payment will be deducted as an administrative fee.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than one week before the session start date are not eligible for a refund.
- Transfer of Sessions
- Once the session has started, refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your booking to another student, provided the request is made in writing and the new participant meets all the requirements for the session.
